Phase II

Booking

After the date and location are decided, I’ll be sending you the contract and invoice. The invoice will have two payments. One is due 72 hours after you receive the invoice, and the second is due 72 hours before your session. The first patent is a 25% non-refundable retainer to secure your spot. Once paid, you are officially on my calendar!

Phase IV

Session Day

Get ready to have some fun! The day of your session, I’ll send you a pin to the location we agreed to with a description of my car so we can easily find each other. In the are case of inclement weather that prevents us from shooting, we will reschedule your session.

While sessions average 90 minutes to 2 hours, it is crucial for you to arrive on time so we can use all that time. I will guide you through a couple photos grandma will love, and then move into prompts that elicits movement, connection, and brings out real emotions. There is no need to worry too much about corralling your little ones. They are the best at being themselves and that what we want!

Phase I

Inquiry & Planning

To start planning your story, you’ll fill out my inquiry form. This form gives me basic information as well as some detail about what you’re envisioning for your story. Feel free to go into detail, but don’t worry if you’re not sure what you’re looking for. Once I get the inquiry, I’ll reach out via text (or email if you prefer). If you aren’t sure what you’re looking for, I’ll ask you a couple questions that can help us both plan the perfect session. I also have a location guide I can send to help you better envision your story.

During our texts, we will decide on the best date and time as well as the location for your session. After that’s decided, we move onto booking.

Phase III

Preparing for your session

As a professional photographer, I know which outfits look great on camera and advise my clients accordingly. Upon booking, I’ll send you my outfit guide with helpful pointers as you plan your family’s look. I’m available throughout the work week to answer any questions you may have, so don’t hesitate to send pictures of clothing items or aesthetics you’re considering.

I want these photos to represent and express your personalities, so feel free to bring props like blankets, baskets, toys, journals, and even family pets!

Phase V

Gallery Delivery & Print Selection

You will receive your online gallery of edited images within 1 to 3 weeks of your session. You’ll have lifetime access to your photos as well as full print release rights, so you can print them and use them as you please. If you purchase prints through me, we'll coordinate to choose the best selection and I’ll handle the proofing, ordering, and delivery process!
